Ghost Knife Fish to the Home Aquarium

The Ghost Knife Fish (Apteronotus albifrons) is an interesting tropical sample originated in the Amazon basin of Peru and Paraguay. Most fish are knives in black except for two white rings on its tail and a blaze of white on the nose, sometimes stripes in his back. The fish has no scales and can grow up to 20 centimeters. The Ghost Knife fish has indeed nocturnal and are a weakly electric fish that will use their electric organ and receptors to find insect larvae.
