It should be no surprise that there birds that do not actually get to speak. Now they are perhaps not in the same way that people do talk, but it does not sound much different.
Depending on the species of bird can speak only a few words or a series of sentences. But few birds can really say more than a few words.
The intelligent birds "are capable of more sounds, seem to be the votes than the less intelligent. It really is the type of bird that we have to do it, how much they depend speak.

It is possible to train birds to do the things that you hear them say to say. Often, when you repeat an action and associate that with one or more words, then grab the birds on it. It is the sound when the action occurs in the future.
So you can try repeating words to your bird again and again until they get it. You could also try different pipes or songs with an intelligent bird.
You probably are the most success with some of the more intelligent parrots. They are often the birds that make the most noise as speech.
Greys are a good choice if you want a talking bird. So enjoy teaching your bird to talk....
